Enorme, luminoso y confortable. Positive: Apartamento enorme, luminoso y confortable. Muy bien localizado, a 10mins andando del casco antiguo.

Recomendado Positive: El apartamento bien equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia,totalmente reformado. Baño con suelo radiante.Excelente ubicacion cerca de un centro comercial. Negative: Edificio historico, por lo que no hay ascensor y el piso es un tercero.

Good location, but unacceptable cleanliness and a very inconvenient check-in process. Positive: The location is excellent — very close to Charles Bridge and around a 20-minute walk from the main train station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is also well equipped: there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with plenty of capsules, a washer-dryer, and various cleaning products, including laundry detergent. There is a sofa that can be used for sleeping, although in my opinion it is not suitable for two people. Negative: Unfortunately, the good location and amenities were overshadowed by serious cleanliness and check-in issues. Collecting the keys requires arranging a specific time with the host in advance, which is very inconvenient when travelling. Our train was delayed by two hours, making check-in stressful. Check-in after 9:00 p.m. costs extra, and after 11:00 p.m. it is not available at all. The apartment was not properly cleaned. The freezer was covered in yellow dirt, there was a toothbrush left on a light fixture, the kitchen sink had food residue, some bowls were dirty, and both the dining table and placemats were unclean. The worst issue was the toilet, which had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. We had to clean it ourselves. When we contacted the host, instead of offering a solution, we were made to feel as if we were exaggerating the problem. The sofa had not been prepared for sleeping, even though our booking was clearly for three guests. The explanation that they did not know how many people were staying made no sense. Guests are also expected to wash their own dishes despite paying a mandatory cleaning fee, which felt particularly unreasonable considering the condition of the apartment. The apartment is not comfortable for more than two people. The living room becomes very bright early in the morning due to the lack of proper blinds or curtains, and street noise, trams and people outside can be clearly heard. The host’s dismissive response made the situation even worse. Based on our experience, I would not consider this apartment suitable for more than two guests, and I would strongly recommend that the cleaning and check-in procedures be seriously improved.

Top Lage, top Design, top Preis! Positive: Top top top Lage! Mitten in der Stadt, 5-10min zu den top Sehenswürdigkeiten, Straßenbahn 3min entfernt, TESCO 5min, Bäckerei 2min. Sehr schickes modernes Interior Design, superhell durch Dachfenster, große bequeme Couch und Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Top Gastgeber-Kommunikation (5-10min Antwortzeit max) & sehr nette persönliche Schlüsselübergabe inkl. Wohnungseinweisung. Negative: 4. Stock (Altbau) ohne Aufzug ist brutal während eines Städtetrips. ;) Einige Details in der Wohnung sind ein bisschen nervig, könnten aber leicht behoben werden: - eine Duschtür klemmt, keine Ablage in der Dusche, keine WC-Papier-Abroller, Haken, Stangen oä. Und Schublade unter Waschbecken müsste dringend mitgereinigt werden - nur kleines Fenster im Wozi und Schlafzi zu öffnen, dadurch Lüften schwieriger - Bett quietscht und knarzt, wenn man sich bewegt, nur Verdunklungsvorhänge, keine Gardine oder Jalouise, dadurch kann der jeden Morgen im gegenüberliegenden Fenster rauchende Nachbar bei geöffnetem Vorhang direkt aufs Kopfkissen schauen - ein kleiner Kleiderschrank und Garderobe, aber sonst keine Ablagen, Regale oä. - hellhörig, Party in der Nachbarwohnung, die auch für Gäste vermietet wird, ist deutlich zu hören und auch Wasser, Toilette, Dusche etc. Alles nicht schlimm, könnte einfach verbessert werden. Wir haben uns dennoch wohlgefühlt!

Positive: Полное оснащение квартиры всем необходимым для проживания - на 200%. Дружелюбные хозяева. Наличие кондиционеров и другой бытовой техники. Удобные кровати. И самое главное - отличное местоположение в самом центре Праги. Но при этом за окном было абсолютно не шумно. Да, и теплый пол в ванной комнате - это прекрасно. Negative: Хотелось бы, чтобы текстиль (в частности, полотенца) были бы более новыми и пушистыми) И не очень удобно, конечно, подниматься с чемоданами на последний этаж.
