Cozy Old Town Stay - 1-bedroom apartment

Great location and comfortable stay, with a small inconvenience that was handled in the end. Positive: We loved how close the property was to literally everything. Restaurants, shops, and attractions were all within a maximum of about 8 minutes, which made getting around extremely convenient. Negative: On the first night, a bathroom pipe burst and the water spread as far as the kitchen. Unfortunately, the contact number on Booking did not work on Viber or WhatsApp, so it was difficult to reach the host during the emergency, which caused about an hour of stress late at night. Once we managed to get in touch, we were moved to another apartment in the same building. The issue was fixed the next day, but having to move back meant packing and unpacking twice, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were no slippers provided, and the floor was quite cold. Many travelers don’t bring slippers, so this would be a helpful addition. I would recommend having a phone number available on Viber or WhatsApp for emergencies and providing slippers for guests.

Ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo Negative: Mancava biancheria da letto e da bagno. Suggerisco al propietario di fornire dei copripiumino e fodere per i cucini oltre a un paio di asciugamani in più.

Great location and cozy apartment Positive: Host met us at the apartment and gave us the keys. Host was very active and prompt in replies on booking.com. one night at about 10pm we about the electronics not being able to turn on, host was quickly about to identify the problem and I was able to resolve it Negative: Apartment might get really hot inside. a little dark in shower area.

The stay was good enough. The only thing i didn’t like really it was the hospitality. The property was informed at what Positive: The position is good, is the city center, even if the zone is less touristy than on the other side of the river near the Castle of Prague. The apartment is small, but there is all you need also managed in a smart way. The heating system works good. Negative: The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, if you stay more days than start to feel the pain in your back. The entrance door is tiny and there is a gat under it so you can hear good all is going on out of the apartment and you are heard the same.

Prima verblijf dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden Positive: De locatie is geweldig. Echt dichtbij alle bezienwaardigheden in het oude centrum. Ook een mega grote supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. Om de hoek al leuke restaurantjes. Negative: Er is erg weinig daglicht. Je zit op de begane grond met tralies voor de ramen. Wij hadden witte kussenslopen die wel schoon waren, maar er smoezelig uitzagen. Wat extra kussentjes op de bank in de woonkamer zou ook fijn zijn. De matras was niet geweldig. Maar dat kan persoonlijk zijn.
