Positive: Blízká lokalita, všechno víceméně v pořádku. Akorát večerní hluk od sousedů, ale chování některých jedinců bohužel nelze ovlivnit. Negative: Hluk od sousedů 😞

I’m satisfied with my staying. It is nice and pleasant Positive: It is a nice location! The size of the room is great. There are all the facilities like coffee machine, toaster, microwave, el kettle, dishes etc. I was surprised that even small things like oil and salt are there. It was nice with welcoming gift (the card and beer, sparkling water and chips). It is really nice host. Negative: The level of noise is quite high. All doors in the apartment are worn out and it is hard to close sometimes them. Once I had a problem with opening the front door but the host fixed it fast.

Positive: I appreciate the flexible check-in, especially for late arrivals due to night flights—it was very convenient! Negative: I experienced significant noise disturbances, particularly from other guests in the building late at night. Since many occupants are short-term tourists, the noise often continued past midnight, making it difficult to rest.

Good value for money place. If someone is looking for a place to stay for a few night its perfect. Positive: The place was easy to access from the train station. The rooms were clean and nice. Suitable place to stay for a longer period of time as well. The kitchen is and the equipments are noting special, but adequat for a place like this. The bathroom was nice and modern. Negative: The doors were a bit crooked, specially the toilet door, so it was hard to close sometimes. The buildings electic network is a bit outdated, and the circuit braker could blow out if there were too many devices in the same circuit.
