Positive: The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable. It is quite spacious and has everything you need, including basic household items. The location is perfect, with a tram stop right outside the apartment, nearby supermarkets, and a short walk to many parks and cafes. The area is also very beautiful and accessible, making it easy to walk even to the city center. Despite its location, the apartment is very quiet, as it faces a courtyard, and there's no noise from the road and the street.

Cozy and well located
Positive: Very nice property. It was not in the center but it was in such a pretty and nice neighborhood and 8 mins away to the center. I highly recommend it!
