Cozy studio in Prague´s favorite neighborhood

Positive: Nette kleine Wohnung in toller Lage. Wir waren für drei Tage in Prag und hatten mit der Wohnung einen super Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Mit der Tram oder dem Bus ist man in einer Viertelstunde in der Altstadt und hat auch nahebei nette Ecken und eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr einfach eingerichtet, aber uns hat es gereicht und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dafür super. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Seife/Duschgel waren vor Ort. Negative: Das Sofa ist schon etwas durch und die Küche ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet.

Limpio y buena ubicación Positive: Tiene supermercados cerca, un restaurante enfrente para desayunar que recomiendo y la parada del tranvía justo abajo con el que llegas en unos 15/20 min al centro sin transbordo y haciendo transbordo con el metro en unos 10. (El billete se compra en el tranvía y sirve para todo, bus, tranvía y metro durante 30 min). El estudio tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de 2/4 personas y estaba muy limpio. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Negative: El sofá y el colchón no eran muy cómodos. La cama está en un altillo y el techo está demasiado justo, tienes que ir agachado todo el rato

Positive: The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable. It is quite spacious and has everything you need, including basic household items. The location is perfect, with a tram stop right outside the apartment, nearby supermarkets, and a short walk to many parks and cafes. The area is also very beautiful and accessible, making it easy to walk even to the city center. Despite its location, the apartment is very quiet, as it faces a courtyard, and there's no noise from the road and the street.

Cozy and well located Positive: Very nice property. It was not in the center but it was in such a pretty and nice neighborhood and 8 mins away to the center. I highly recommend it!
