Positive: Close to transports and a supermarket is right next door. The bed and couch are both very big and comfortable. Kitchen has pretty good equipment, I also had a bottle of sparkling water and a beer in the fridge upon my arrival.
Negative: Phonic insulation of the building is unfortunately pretty weak, I would advise using ear plugs for the night (bad luck for me, I've unfortunately had extremely noisy neighbours during my stay). Also the digital locks can glitch sometimes.
