Positive: Blisko metra, wygodna sypialnia
Negative: Nieszczelny prysznic, problem z odpływem z toalety (z zaznaczeniem, że jej odetkanie zostanie obciążone dodatkowym kosztem 150 eur), koszmarnie głośny młynek od kanalizacji

Celkové zklamání a horší stav oproti hodnocení a fotografiím.
Positive: Praha 7
Negative: Čistota byla horší - špinavé WC a sedačka. Koupelna špatná - nevětraná, špatně usazené WC na dřevotřískové desce, rozbitá termostatická baterie ve sprše. Zvláštní společná a zanedbaná předsíň s dalším bytem.
